[ His admission draws a giggle out of her, finding it funny how he refers to the more avid fishermen as outrageous. She never would have guessed that there's a group of fishermen who find the more enthusiastic ones to be too crazy even for their kind. Now she's imagining them having mini spats with each other, finger-pointing and calling the other ridiculous...

But before she can inquire about his run-ins with crazy fishermen, he catches her off guard with his offer to dance. She looks momentarily surprised for a few moments before a soft smile tugs at her cheeks. ]

Oh? You want to go dancing with me? Even after I deemed you "suspicious"?

[ She asks with a cheeky grin. But despite her tease, she finds him to be anything but suspicious. He literally saved her, and that's enough in her book. ]

Well, you can always say no.

[He grins back at her, still enjoying this tit for tat they're having with each other. Yoimiya seems like a really fun person, and he can see himself getting along with her really well. Ajax stands, offering a hand to her to take if she wants, so he can lead her out to the floor.]

But I can show you some interesting ways to dance to this kind of music. Let's just say I'm not too shabby at it.

[ She sticks her tongue out at him, clearly enjoying their little spat. His charisma is off the chart, pulling her in and making her more interested i
this dashing young man. ]

Ooh do I get to see a Snezhnayan dance in person?

[ She smiles and takes his hand, ready to head out to the dance floor. Since she came out here, might as well indulge in a fun. Besides, this will give her a chance to look for that peculiar highlight. ]

We can call this the first ever peace treaty between Snezhnaya and Inazuma.

[Now with Yoimiya in tow, Ajax is heading right to the center of the dance floor where there's a few people dancing and a whole bunch of other people watching. He stops at the edge of the crowd, watching on as someone else dances to one of Xilonen's more hard and dirty songs.

Naturally, he has to yell a bit louder just so she can hear him, being so close to the giant speakers banging out the music.]

The first ever, huh?! Hahaha, why don't we call it more of an extension to the currently existing one!

[He's already got an idea of what kind of dance he wants to do, leaning his head down towards her ear so he doesn't need to yell as loud.]

You know how to dance to this kind of music?

[ An extension, huh? Referring to their dance as the "first ever" peace treaty was a silly little joke on her part but she can appreciate they're forging an even more rock-solid "alliance" between Snezhnaya and Inazuma. The smile on her face is full of life and beaming from amusement as he's forced to yell over the blaring music, it's so loud that it's hard to think but this is right where she wants to be, in the center of all the action.

Thankfully, he's the smart one between the two of them as he makes the wise decision of leaning down to her ear. She would have just continued yelling at the top of her lungs, so this is for the best. ]

Of course! This ain't my first rodeo, this kind of environment is right up my alley. The livelier the better as I always say.

[ But before she demonstrates, there's something that's been on her mind ever since Ajax stepped in to help her. ]

Before we start, are you here with anyone? I'd feel mighty bad if I took time away from any friends.

[He seems to perk up quite a bit, looking forward to seeing how Yoimiya dances to EDM- there's so many different ways and styles, and he's excited now. He's got a feeling that they were going to get along just fine, as someone who also likes to be up in the middle of it all. He keeps his head down so she can still talk to him without having to yell herself hoarse, to which he scratches the back of his neck at her question.]

Well, no. I came here by myself, so you're not stealing me away from anyone, really.

[But the look in his eyes says he's glad that he ended up finding her here, clearly having a good time since he got to threaten that guy from the bar. The only thing that could of made this night better is if he got to really start a fight and see if that piece of shit had any skills before he beat him half to death.]

I'm pretty free all night.

[He ends it with a wink- if she wants to have a good time, he's absolutely along for the ride.]

[ Well, ain't that just grand? Her eyes light up with glee at that little tidbit, positively thrilled to have him all to herself. Ajax being all alone means more fun for her, she gets to have a good time with this charming young man who stepped in to save her. And the best part of all? He's all by himself with no one to bother them. It will be so easy to convince him to come along with her for a night of thrills. ]

Really? I'm surprised a good-looking guy like yourself is all alone. If you didn't ask me to dance, I would have assumed you had a girlfriend.

[ She returns his wink with a cheeky one of her own, a telltale sign this shameless lass is here to have a good time and call out a good-looking guy when she sees one. His eyes are like the window to the soul, she can tell he's just as charmed as she is by their encounter.

EDM is right up her alley, it's fun, electrifying, the perfect beat for someone as peppy as Yoimiya. She moves to rhythm as she steps back and forth along with the beat, shimmying her shoulders, and deliberately making a show of her hips swaying back and forth. Her body instinctively moves closer to him and without missing a beat, she bumps her hips against his. ]

Looks like I need to thank my lucky stars for this chance meeting.

[This girl gets more and more shameless every second he's around her. There isn't a hint of trying to hide what she really thinks of him, and quite frankly, he'd be lying if he said he didn't appreciate it. Ajax idly wonders how far she planned on, or is comfortable with, taking this. He gets the feeling she's here looking for a pick up, but then, he could be wrong. Either way, he doesn't see the issue in having a bit of fun with a fun, pretty girl that might even let him make out with her later.

He follows along to her steps, but he's ready to really show off his skills here. Dancing is something he's actually good at, and he keeps his dance relatively conservative for the music at first, bumping her hip right back. He doesn't make it a secret that he's letting his eyes drink up how her body moves, and it's hard to be respectable and keeping his hands to himself when she shakes that cute little butt at him.]

Or perhaps, it was just fate that brought us together tonight.

[And it's now he'll let loose. The music hits a certain point in the song where he happily shows off what he can really do, grinning at her as he spins and shuffles around the floor with expert moves. He finishes it off with a last spin into her, winking as he goes to grab her hand to invite her to do a little partner shuffle here.]

Think you can keep up? I haven't had the chance to really get to dance with someone like this before.

[ Maybe it was fate... and a little bit of intel that brought them together. It's a little cheesy to say but Ajax is cute and she appreciates that he's got a bit of a romantic side to him, it's not every day you meet a guy who will suggest fate brought them together. She'd call him innocent if it wasn't for the fact that his eyes are practically glued to her perky lil butt. Step one of luring this guy into her clutches is complete; entice him with her body.

But before she can really dish out the shameless moves, Ajax decides to do a little bit of showing off himself and the result is far beyond her wildest imagination. Yoimiya's attention is honed in on him as soon as he breaks it down, those spins and shuffles are on a whole new level, and the way he glides across the floor is smooth as butter. He's so cool that Yoimiya stops her own dance to watch him, marveling at each step he takes. ]

That was incredible! Are you sure your job has nothing to do with dancing? I swear, you look like a professional out there.

[ She's not the only one enamored, it seems as though he's amassed a small audience of people cheering and hollering at him. Not one to back down from a challenge, Yoimiya's determination is cranked to the hottest degree. There's no way she can let him show her completely up. ]

But don't get too cocky. I'll show you that I can keep up with you and then some.

[ She grins right back at him as she takes his hand, twining their fingers together, ready to accept his challenge head-on. As soon as the music hits its peak, she dances right alongside him, even going as far as to incorporate some of her own steps in the dance. In the middle of one of her spins, she twirls herself right into Ajax, pressing her back against his chest to close the gap. ]

Hehe. I'm pretty good, aren't I?

[ She shoots a cute wink at him. ]

[Ajax looks like he's on top of the world with the praise and adoration he's receiving from not just Yoimiya, but everyone in the club. But to him, that's just the result of hard work and practice that's gone into learning how to dance like this, and he enjoys it to boot- so it's well deserved in his opinion. He grins at Yoimiya, enjoying how she vocalizes how she's going to step up to his challenge, letting his fingers curl with hers as she takes his hand and dances along with him.]

Not bad, [he comments,] not bad at all.

[Her little move doesn't go unnoticed, enjoying the warmth of her against his chest as he catches her there and holds her as they hear the song end. Great timing on her part really, especially with that cute little wink on top of it. The next song starts almost seamlessly after this one ends, but more dancing isn't required to get Ajax- Yoimiya's successfully sunk her hooks into him.]

It's not often someone can match me in a dance...think you'd be up to doing this more in the future with me?

[Ajax is having a lot of fun, more fun than he's had in a long time. His job keeps him busy, but he does have time to go out every now and again like this, and Yoimiya seems like a great gal. Even if the night ends with just walking her home, he sees it as a net positive.]

[ Ajax's strong arms around her as the song comes to a close is the perfect way to end things off. He's got nice biceps that's for sure, muscular, warm, and incredibly inviting, he certainly is a catch and she makes a note to take Shinobu out for a fancy dinner for her due diligence. Despite that their dance has ended, she wishes to take in his warmth just a little longer, enjoying the small ripple that races down her spine as she leans against him.

The best prize of all is his invitation. Future endeavors means... she's successfully reeled him in hook, line, and sinker. Oh, she can't wait to see the look on Itto's face when she tells him she's scored on the first night. All she has to do is keep pushing forth with her charms and she's fairly certain she'll tempt him to bed. ]

Hmmm...

[ Cheeky brat feigns contemplation as she brings a finger to her lips, tapping against her cheek to give him the impression she's scrutinizing his proposal. She breaks free from his hold while keeping their fingers locked, the grin spread across her face is devious, accompanied by a glint behind her mischievous eyes. ]

I don't see why not~ future rendezvous with sounds like a great time to be had. You're an impressive dancer and all but you're not quite in my league yet. I hope you have it in you to blow me away should we spend more time together.

[Ajax's eyes gleam at her coy little gesture, amused at how she continues to keep up the playing hard to get facade. But he's done with that act himself now, clearly showing interest in her and wanting to get to know her a bit better than just dancing in a crowded club. The night has been fun so far, and he's thanking his lucky stars that he managed to run into this fun girl tonight. He's not hoping for anything in particular, but he's willing to walk down this road to see what comes of it all.

Working a bit of his own charms, he takes advantage of the fact that their hands are still intertwined, pulling her directly into him as he takes in her entire visage. She's so cute that she practically glows to him, grinning now that he's gotten an affirmation that tonight won't be the only time he gets to see her.]

I suppose I'll have to work on my skills to catch up to you then, [he says, amused also at her tease,] so then not only will I impress you further, we'll blow everyone else out of the water.

[He takes a moment, so he can appreciate exactly what he's got in his arms, before suggesting their next endeavor:]

This place is a little loud, though. Mind if we move somewhere a little more private?

[ Oh, she likes what he's saying a lot, she thoroughly enjoys a man with confidence and he's got it in spades. She's already charmed by his declaration and is greatly looking forward to seeing exactly how they'll blow everyone out of the water but when he pulls her in so close to where she can feel his hot breath tickling her skin, he's hooked her right in his clutches. This guy is hands down the most interesting catch she's ever come across.

It's just a pity he had the misfortune of running into her. He could have landed himself a sweet, ordinary girl but fate made Ajax her unfortunate target. ]

Not at all. The atmosphere is exciting, but it's getting a little hot in here. And I'd like to get to know you better without anyone getting in our way.

[ She takes advantage of their close proximity by leaning further into his warmth to admire the picturesque scene of his face underneath the light. It's hard to believe he's a normal guy because she swears he looks like a model who just walked right out of a magazine. She places her free hand on top of his chest, gliding her index finger across his chest in a slow, tantalizing motion until she stops right underneath his chin. ]

Do you have a place in mind?

[He can see how Yoimiya wastes no time laying on the seduction, her finger tracing his muscles along his chest and capturing him to ensure all the attention is focused right on her. It's hot, he'll admit, but he sees what she's doing. If he were any more depraved, she would of had him right here and now- but Ajax only moves his hand to take the one under his chin as he gives her a cocky smile.]

Not that private, [he says, hopefully getting the message across,] but I do want to get away from all the noise in here. Let's go talk for a bit first, shall we?

[As attractive as she is, he's not about to let himself fall into a honey trap of sorts. It's tempting to give into it, but this isn't the first time a girl has tried to get him in bed before. He half expects Yoimiya to become disinterested now that he's suggested something that isn't sex.]

We could head outside, and take a walk until we find a nice private spot to sit down for a bit. Then, we'll have plenty of time and space to get to know one another a bit better.

[ Not that private, she gets the message loud and clear. He's either completely uninterested in sex or is purposefully playing hard to get. If Shinbou's intel is correct, then maybe his pure virgin heart wants to save himself for someone special. The thought is cute and if anything, his willingness to stand his ground makes him even more alluring. It will be even more satisfying to charm this guy until he's a blubbering mess begging for her. ]

Sure! That sounds great to me. I've been hoping to get to know you more ever since you saved me.

[ Despite that she's a bit depraved and shameless, she responds with a bright smile that genuinely wants to learn more about the mysterious ginger. But unfortunately for him, Yoimiya also knows how to play hard to get, and to show that she's got the message, she purposely pulls herself away from his hold, putting some distance between them since she's not about to put him in a situation that might make him uncomfortable. ]

Let's go! It's so loud I can't even think.

[ With that, she turns to leave the nightclub, heels clicking against the dance floor with every step. She exits, looking up to the starry night sky above them with not a single cloud in sight, truly a picture-perfect night. A pleasant sigh spills out of her lips as she takes in the salty air and the sea breeze that prickles her skin with its cool touch. ]

Mmm, the sea breeze is so relaxing at night, isn't it?

[Well, that's a good first sign. It sounds and looks like she's being genuine in her interest, so maybe it wasn't all just for a taste of him and nothing else. Ajax is willing to entertain this further, and appreciates the fact that she puts a little bit of distance between them for the moment. She'll respect his space and that's a bonus for the time being.

Chuckling, he doesn't disagree with not being able to hear himself think inside of the club, and he follows close behind her until they finally feel a gust of fresh air against their faces as they walk out into the busy nightlife of Inazuma City. He joins her at her side, glad for the release from the hot, stuffy nightclub, taking in a deep breath and feeling the nice breeze against his skin.]

It is. I find it relaxing all the time, but perhaps that's because I'm not totally used to it yet. The winds of Snezhnaya will coat your skin with a thin layer of ice if you stand still for too long.

[He offers an arm for her to hook herself on as he begins their walk, enjoying how the breeze ruffles his bangs as they pass bars, restaurants and other clubs down the street. Sakura petals color the air even in the moonlight as they fall from trees native to Inazuma, a scene he's still not over.]

This entire city has a certain charm I still haven't gotten over yet. I miss my home, but seeing the beauty of the petals floating in the air with the majesty of the ocean as a backdrop makes this all the more worthwhile. Honestly, I'm a little jealous that you've gotten to grow up in such a charming place.

[ She sees the arm offered to her and contemplates taking it. After some deliberation, she denies his offer, opting instead to walk alongside him with her arms folded behind her back and even widens the distance between them as they tread the path adorned with fallen sakura petals.

For the time being, she admires the scenery of Inazuma's bustling nightlife. She's lived in the archipelago her whole life but she'll never stop being amazed at the way the moonlight shines down on the ocean at night or the sweet aroma of the cherry blossoms whirling past her every time she steps outside. ]

Can't blame ya there, especially if you have family and friends missing you back home. Coming from the country infamous for its snow storms to an archipelago with beaches are far as the eye can see must be quite the culture shock but I'm glad you're enjoying your time here, though. If you ever get the chance, you should check out the other islands. You'll be surprised at how different they all are.

[ So much has changed over the course of her long life span but no matter how long it's been, Inazuma will always be her home. ]

This might come as a shock to you but I've actually been to Snezhnaya once. It was a long time ago, though and I'm sure a lot has changed since the last time I was there but I had a great time. I'll never forget the cold air cutting my skin like a sharp knife as I attempted to build a snowman, haha. But it was worth it!

[He can't help but laugh quietly, because Yoimiya's hit the nail on the head. It has been a huge culture shock moving from Snezhnaya to Inazuma. The two countries really couldn't be more different. He's still getting used to the fact that he doesn't have to wear a warm winter coat and that he has to take his shoes off when he comes inside in a certain area before entering the house. He'll take her advice to heart, to go visit the other islands. Ajax had planned on it anyway, but hearing it from her solidifies that he really should take the time.

It's surprising to him, however, to hear that she's been to Snezhnaya. Ajax's eyebrows visibly raise, and he immediately gets excited about it.]

Really? Snezhnaya isn't exactly a popular tourist location...where did you go while you were there?

[It seems like he's forgotten the world around him now that the conversation has gone this route. It's just...no one likes to go there, and they're not well liked by the rest of the world. And no one ever talks about the cold in a positive manner!]

[ Yoimiya cracks an amused smile at his sudden burst of excitement. She gets it, she would also be excited to carry on a conversation about Inazuma, it's cute and makes him endearing. The telltale signs of a man who loves his home country. She taps her fingers against her chin, contemplating how much to tell him and it's not long until she decides to divulge a little bit. ]

Forgive me if I'm pronouncing the name wrong but I believe the town's name is... Morepesok?

[ Please do not perceive her pronunciation. She's trying her best. ]

I heard it was a quaint seaside village with the best fish in all of Teyvat, so I had to go check it out myself. Needless to say, I was very impressed! Some of those fish I saw looked like actual monsters.

[Ajax's eyes widen several inches in surprise at her answer. Out of all the places in Snezhnaya she could of ended up...]

It's a shame I didn't know you at the time because I could have shown you around. That's my hometown, and where my family still resides.

[He'd almost accuse her of stalking him if he hadn't been the one to come up to her first and get involved with her affairs. Morepesok is a small village with not a whole lot in it, but it is known for its fresh fish and excellent food. Calling some of them monsters really isn't an exaggeration either, and all these facts bewilder him that she would choose there, of all places.]

Did you know someone there? I can't say it's a great vacation spot, unless you have ties to the town.

[ How interesting. Yoimiya quirks an eyebrow in amusement at his response, she didn't expect that quaint fishing village to be his hometown. Maybe there's some kernel of truth to fate having a weird way of circling back. Still, she somehow manages not to look surprised as she simply smiles at him with the most neutral expression she could make. ]

No, I just happened to be vacationing in Snezhnaya at the time. I asked a few locals about places to visit and Morepesok caught my attention the most. I guess you could say I've always been drawn to the ocean.

[ With that, she trots along ahead of him. Every so often, she casts a glance in the direction of the beach, taking in the sea salt scent that fills the air. ]

It's been a while, though. I want to visit again if I ever get the chance.

[He watches her put distance between the two of them, as the moonlight dances on her figure. It gives Yoimiya an ethereal look to her, almost in a mythical way. Ajax smiles softly as he takes in the view of her gazing out towards the ocean with the sakura petals floating around her, but laughs at the idea of a Snezhnayan ocean being alluring to anyone.]

Well, aside from money and vacation, nothing is stopping you from making another trip. The frozen ocean of my hometown at night is a sight to behold- people fish around the clock and the lights from the shacks somehow look homely despite the raging tide that threatens to break apart the ice at the edges and swallow them all whole.

[Ajax quickens his pace to catch up to her, so he can get a good look of the beach. The night is inviting, and he gets what's probably a really sappy, cliche idea...but he's not above being cheesy.]

Do you want to go walk down on the beach? At least that sand isn't covered in a layer of permafrost.

[ Sounds like she'll have to pin in that and take another trip to Morepesok in the near future. The way he talks about his homeland is scary and yet, enticing all the same. The raging tides and sands covered in a layer of frost ignite her adventurous spirit, she might love Inazuma but she's always itching to get out and see everything Teyvat has to offer.

But for now, she'll settle with staying in Inazuma. After all, she's got an Ajax to get to know. ]

Yeah, let's go! Talking about the beach is making me wanna go see it. It will be nice to take the ocean breeze after being cooped up in that building full of people.

[ Not that she didn't enjoy the club but it's a nice change of pace after all the bustling music. ]

Last one to the beach is a rotten lavender melon!

[ After issuing her silly challenge, Yoimiya takes off running as her merry laugh resounds across the salty sea air. ]

[She says exactly what's on his mind. Getting down to the beach and getting the ocean breeze on his face after spending it in the hot club sounds like a perfect plan for the time being. That, and he's always thought walks on the beach are kind of romantic in their own way, but he's sentimental like that.

He's getting ready to just walk down there when all of a sudden, Yoimiya takes off without warning with a challenge ringing in his ears. She's caught him completely off guard, but he laughs in response as a gleam enters his eyes. He's going to catch her!]

What?! Oh no you don't!

[Ajax's long legs stride across the grass towards the beach, running as fast as he can to catch up with Yoimiya. His athleticism shows- it's not hard on him to dash as fast as he is as he does his best to catch her.]

I'm afraid you're going to be the rotten lavender melon, here!!!

[HERE HE COMES YOIMIYA he's gunna GETCHA]

[ It's tempting to use her powers to come out the victor in this race buuuuut, she kinda already made that promise to Itto. Besides, from his reaction, she already senses that Ajax is the type of guy who will rise to any challenge, and it will be far more fun to beat him fair and square.

And truly, his athleticism is nothing to sneeze at. Just from glancing back every so often, she can tell this guy either constantly hits the gym or simply has a talent for sports. However, he does have one huge advantage over her; his long legs. Despite gaining good distance on him, his long strides pick up the pace and with every step he takes, she can sense he's inching closer and closer to her. ]

Oh, please. I can already smell your stinky lavender melon stench all the way from here! You gotta do better if you want to keep up with me.

[ OH LAWD HE COMING.......

Still, Yoimiya isn't deterred, she sees the beach within reach. So close, all she has to do is keep pushing forward and hope she can triumph over those long legs of his. She takes a deep breath and puts the pedal to the metal on her speed, surging forth with all her might to widen the gap. Suddenly, Yoimiya's foot gets caught on a tree root that happens to be sticking out of the ground. What was once a glorious sight of the beach is now a dirt ground as she tumbles down. ]
