[He can see how Yoimiya wastes no time laying on the seduction, her finger tracing his muscles along his chest and capturing him to ensure all the attention is focused right on her. It's hot, he'll admit, but he sees what she's doing. If he were any more depraved, she would of had him right here and now- but Ajax only moves his hand to take the one under his chin as he gives her a cocky smile.]

Not that private, [he says, hopefully getting the message across,] but I do want to get away from all the noise in here. Let's go talk for a bit first, shall we?

[As attractive as she is, he's not about to let himself fall into a honey trap of sorts. It's tempting to give into it, but this isn't the first time a girl has tried to get him in bed before. He half expects Yoimiya to become disinterested now that he's suggested something that isn't sex.]

We could head outside, and take a walk until we find a nice private spot to sit down for a bit. Then, we'll have plenty of time and space to get to know one another a bit better.

[ Not that private, she gets the message loud and clear. He's either completely uninterested in sex or is purposefully playing hard to get. If Shinbou's intel is correct, then maybe his pure virgin heart wants to save himself for someone special. The thought is cute and if anything, his willingness to stand his ground makes him even more alluring. It will be even more satisfying to charm this guy until he's a blubbering mess begging for her. ]

Sure! That sounds great to me. I've been hoping to get to know you more ever since you saved me.

[ Despite that she's a bit depraved and shameless, she responds with a bright smile that genuinely wants to learn more about the mysterious ginger. But unfortunately for him, Yoimiya also knows how to play hard to get, and to show that she's got the message, she purposely pulls herself away from his hold, putting some distance between them since she's not about to put him in a situation that might make him uncomfortable. ]

[ With that, she turns to leave the nightclub, heels clicking against the dance floor with every step. She exits, looking up to the starry night sky above them with not a single cloud in sight, truly a picture-perfect night. A pleasant sigh spills out of her lips as she takes in the salty air and the sea breeze that prickles her skin with its cool touch. ]

Mmm, the sea breeze is so relaxing at night, isn't it?

[Well, that's a good first sign. It sounds and looks like she's being genuine in her interest, so maybe it wasn't all just for a taste of him and nothing else. Ajax is willing to entertain this further, and appreciates the fact that she puts a little bit of distance between them for the moment. She'll respect his space and that's a bonus for the time being.

Chuckling, he doesn't disagree with not being able to hear himself think inside of the club, and he follows close behind her until they finally feel a gust of fresh air against their faces as they walk out into the busy nightlife of Inazuma City. He joins her at her side, glad for the release from the hot, stuffy nightclub, taking in a deep breath and feeling the nice breeze against his skin.]

It is. I find it relaxing all the time, but perhaps that's because I'm not totally used to it yet. The winds of Snezhnaya will coat your skin with a thin layer of ice if you stand still for too long.

[He offers an arm for her to hook herself on as he begins their walk, enjoying how the breeze ruffles his bangs as they pass bars, restaurants and other clubs down the street. Sakura petals color the air even in the moonlight as they fall from trees native to Inazuma, a scene he's still not over.]

This entire city has a certain charm I still haven't gotten over yet. I miss my home, but seeing the beauty of the petals floating in the air with the majesty of the ocean as a backdrop makes this all the more worthwhile. Honestly, I'm a little jealous that you've gotten to grow up in such a charming place.

[ She sees the arm offered to her and contemplates taking it. After some deliberation, she denies his offer, opting instead to walk alongside him with her arms folded behind her back and even widens the distance between them as they tread the path adorned with fallen sakura petals.

For the time being, she admires the scenery of Inazuma's bustling nightlife. She's lived in the archipelago her whole life but she'll never stop being amazed at the way the moonlight shines down on the ocean at night or the sweet aroma of the cherry blossoms whirling past her every time she steps outside. ]

Can't blame ya there, especially if you have family and friends missing you back home. Coming from the country infamous for its snow storms to an archipelago with beaches are far as the eye can see must be quite the culture shock but I'm glad you're enjoying your time here, though. If you ever get the chance, you should check out the other islands. You'll be surprised at how different they all are.

[ So much has changed over the course of her long life span but no matter how long it's been, Inazuma will always be her home. ]

This might come as a shock to you but I've actually been to Snezhnaya once. It was a long time ago, though and I'm sure a lot has changed since the last time I was there but I had a great time. I'll never forget the cold air cutting my skin like a sharp knife as I attempted to build a snowman, haha. But it was worth it!

[He can't help but laugh quietly, because Yoimiya's hit the nail on the head. It has been a huge culture shock moving from Snezhnaya to Inazuma. The two countries really couldn't be more different. He's still getting used to the fact that he doesn't have to wear a warm winter coat and that he has to take his shoes off when he comes inside in a certain area before entering the house. He'll take her advice to heart, to go visit the other islands. Ajax had planned on it anyway, but hearing it from her solidifies that he really should take the time.

It's surprising to him, however, to hear that she's been to Snezhnaya. Ajax's eyebrows visibly raise, and he immediately gets excited about it.]

Really? Snezhnaya isn't exactly a popular tourist location...where did you go while you were there?

[It seems like he's forgotten the world around him now that the conversation has gone this route. It's just...no one likes to go there, and they're not well liked by the rest of the world. And no one ever talks about the cold in a positive manner!]

[ Yoimiya cracks an amused smile at his sudden burst of excitement. She gets it, she would also be excited to carry on a conversation about Inazuma, it's cute and makes him endearing. The telltale signs of a man who loves his home country. She taps her fingers against her chin, contemplating how much to tell him and it's not long until she decides to divulge a little bit. ]

Forgive me if I'm pronouncing the name wrong but I believe the town's name is... Morepesok?

[ Please do not perceive her pronunciation. She's trying her best. ]

I heard it was a quaint seaside village with the best fish in all of Teyvat, so I had to go check it out myself. Needless to say, I was very impressed! Some of those fish I saw looked like actual monsters.

[Ajax's eyes widen several inches in surprise at her answer. Out of all the places in Snezhnaya she could of ended up...]

It's a shame I didn't know you at the time because I could have shown you around. That's my hometown, and where my family still resides.

[He'd almost accuse her of stalking him if he hadn't been the one to come up to her first and get involved with her affairs. Morepesok is a small village with not a whole lot in it, but it is known for its fresh fish and excellent food. Calling some of them monsters really isn't an exaggeration either, and all these facts bewilder him that she would choose there, of all places.]

Did you know someone there? I can't say it's a great vacation spot, unless you have ties to the town.

[ How interesting. Yoimiya quirks an eyebrow in amusement at his response, she didn't expect that quaint fishing village to be his hometown. Maybe there's some kernel of truth to fate having a weird way of circling back. Still, she somehow manages not to look surprised as she simply smiles at him with the most neutral expression she could make. ]

No, I just happened to be vacationing in Snezhnaya at the time. I asked a few locals about places to visit and Morepesok caught my attention the most. I guess you could say I've always been drawn to the ocean.

[ With that, she trots along ahead of him. Every so often, she casts a glance in the direction of the beach, taking in the sea salt scent that fills the air. ]

It's been a while, though. I want to visit again if I ever get the chance.

[He watches her put distance between the two of them, as the moonlight dances on her figure. It gives Yoimiya an ethereal look to her, almost in a mythical way. Ajax smiles softly as he takes in the view of her gazing out towards the ocean with the sakura petals floating around her, but laughs at the idea of a Snezhnayan ocean being alluring to anyone.]

Well, aside from money and vacation, nothing is stopping you from making another trip. The frozen ocean of my hometown at night is a sight to behold- people fish around the clock and the lights from the shacks somehow look homely despite the raging tide that threatens to break apart the ice at the edges and swallow them all whole.

[Ajax quickens his pace to catch up to her, so he can get a good look of the beach. The night is inviting, and he gets what's probably a really sappy, cliche idea...but he's not above being cheesy.]

Do you want to go walk down on the beach? At least that sand isn't covered in a layer of permafrost.

[ Sounds like she'll have to pin in that and take another trip to Morepesok in the near future. The way he talks about his homeland is scary and yet, enticing all the same. The raging tides and sands covered in a layer of frost ignite her adventurous spirit, she might love Inazuma but she's always itching to get out and see everything Teyvat has to offer.

But for now, she'll settle with staying in Inazuma. After all, she's got an Ajax to get to know. ]

Yeah, let's go! Talking about the beach is making me wanna go see it. It will be nice to take the ocean breeze after being cooped up in that building full of people.

[ Not that she didn't enjoy the club but it's a nice change of pace after all the bustling music. ]

Last one to the beach is a rotten lavender melon!

[ After issuing her silly challenge, Yoimiya takes off running as her merry laugh resounds across the salty sea air. ]

[She says exactly what's on his mind. Getting down to the beach and getting the ocean breeze on his face after spending it in the hot club sounds like a perfect plan for the time being. That, and he's always thought walks on the beach are kind of romantic in their own way, but he's sentimental like that.

He's getting ready to just walk down there when all of a sudden, Yoimiya takes off without warning with a challenge ringing in his ears. She's caught him completely off guard, but he laughs in response as a gleam enters his eyes. He's going to catch her!]

What?! Oh no you don't!

[Ajax's long legs stride across the grass towards the beach, running as fast as he can to catch up with Yoimiya. His athleticism shows- it's not hard on him to dash as fast as he is as he does his best to catch her.]

I'm afraid you're going to be the rotten lavender melon, here!!!

[HERE HE COMES YOIMIYA he's gunna GETCHA]

[ It's tempting to use her powers to come out the victor in this race buuuuut, she kinda already made that promise to Itto. Besides, from his reaction, she already senses that Ajax is the type of guy who will rise to any challenge, and it will be far more fun to beat him fair and square.

And truly, his athleticism is nothing to sneeze at. Just from glancing back every so often, she can tell this guy either constantly hits the gym or simply has a talent for sports. However, he does have one huge advantage over her; his long legs. Despite gaining good distance on him, his long strides pick up the pace and with every step he takes, she can sense he's inching closer and closer to her. ]

Oh, please. I can already smell your stinky lavender melon stench all the way from here! You gotta do better if you want to keep up with me.

[ OH LAWD HE COMING.......

Still, Yoimiya isn't deterred, she sees the beach within reach. So close, all she has to do is keep pushing forward and hope she can triumph over those long legs of his. She takes a deep breath and puts the pedal to the metal on her speed, surging forth with all her might to widen the gap. Suddenly, Yoimiya's foot gets caught on a tree root that happens to be sticking out of the ground. What was once a glorious sight of the beach is now a dirt ground as she tumbles down. ]

Eek—!

[Gaining on her every second, he can see that there's a chance even with her head start that he'll catch her and it'll all be Yoiver. He won't let her get away with such an unfair lead, despite smirking with amusement at the entire scene of him chasing after this girl who's playfully baited him into a contest that has no real stakes. It's fun, and she's fun, and he appreciates it as he finally closes in on her.

That is, until he sees her hit that tree root and start falling face first towards the dirt.

Ajax knows he's got way too much momentum to simply grab her and lift her out from her timely demise of eating dirt. He's only got a split second to react, and thankfully due to his long legs, he's reached her in time to at least be able to do something about it. So he slides, using that momentum to get underneath her right as she's falling to catch her on top of him, spinning around a few times and skidding a few more feet until they finally come to a stop.

Ajax is on his back, holding her as tightly as he can, his mind reeling for a moment and trying to catch up. His breath is heavy from the effort, doing his best to catch his breath as he looks up at Yoimiya with concern.]

You okay?

[It's the only thing on his mind at the moment- did he manage to keep her from getting hurt? Never mind the giant grass stain on the back of his shirt now from the slide.]

[ In her mind, it's officially Yoiver. Not only did she lose the silly competition she started but her face is also about to eat the dirt and worse of all? It's happening right in front of Ajax... talk about embarrassing. But it's fine, she figures they can get a good laugh out of her clumsy self and move onto a beach scroll with her face covered in dirt.

But fortunately for her, Yoimiya's savior comes in the form a skyscraper ginger. Just as she's getting ready to accept her fate (and a painful face) Yoimiya can just barely make out something or someone sliding underneath her just in the nick of time. She lands with a light thud, but this time on something nice and soft instead of the cold, hard ground. Her face lands right onto his chest and well, she's most certainly not complaining... not only is he good-looking, his body is the owner of toned muscles underneath those clothes. It's no wonder why he's so athletic, he's got the bod to prove it and she feels like a lucky gal to be this close with him.

Maybe tripping over the root wasn't so bad..

Ahem. Anyways, she pulls away from his chest, staring at his handsome face that looks positively radiant underneath the moonlight. That was quite the incredible rescue and from his heavy breathing, she could tell he busted out all the stops just to ensure she didn't fall flat on her face. He's hot, fun, and a gentleman, this guy is more than a catch. ]

Yeah, I'm okay. All thanks to you, my hero.

[ Despite the near disastrous fall, Yoimiya's smile is both bright and appreciative of the man who just performed that daring rescue. She brings a hand to the side of his face, gently stroking his cheek with her thumb. ]

[Based on her reaction, he managed to catch her in time so she didn't get hurt, and her face lights up like a holiday tree. The way she looks in the moonlight on top of him, how the soft rays illuminate her face is dazzling to the young man underneath her. He feels his heart swell at being addressed as a hero, expression melting into something more tender and proud instead of the concern he was showing a moment ago. The brush of her thumb against his cheek makes his face turn a slight shade of pink, muted in the glow of the moonlight.

But his eyes give it away- Ajax is gazing up at her with a kind of wonder that only a naive young man could who hasn't had his world torn asunder by anything terrible yet. He replies in a hushed tone, dopey sounding and completely taken in by Yoimiya's beauty. It's as if his brain short-circuited for a second.]

Yeah...

[His eyes lock with hers, gazing deeply into the shining gold that reflect himself in them. So cute...he's so glad he saved her in the nick of time, not only for her safety, but for this opportunity...]

[ Those big blue eyes that gaze every inch of her send an electrifying chill down her spine, tightening up something within her. One look at his face tells her everything she needs to know, he's utterly taken by her charms and is slowly, but surely, falling into her clutches. He's got the cutest expression, almost like a puppy dog staring at his master and it makes her want to monopolize him even more.

Her hands slowly move away from his face, her palm settling on the top of his head as her fingers twirl a loose strange of his silky ginger curls. She takes advantage of his awe, leaning forward until their lips are only centimeters apart. Ajax will be allowed a few seconds to orient himself since she still wants to take his comfort into consideration. Every second spent with this man makes her crave him, all she wants to do is feast on him until he's completely and utterly under her spell but even so, she still wants his approval first. ]

I'm glad... I wouldn't want my hero to get hurt.

[ Her voice low and sultry as her warm breath brushes his lips, they're so close... all she has to do is close that pesky distance to engrave herself onto him forever. But, she makes sure to gauge his reaction and let him decide his fate. ]

[Ajax has been well aware of Yoimiya's intentions from the dance floor- he knows she'd be more than willing to accompany him to any open bed for a nice night of indulging in each other until they'd be too exhausted to move. Where he has no intention of moving that quickly with someone, he's no stranger to giving an interested girl a preview of what he's willing to bring to the table in time. With those sultry tones dancing in his ears and her lips so close he can practically taste them, the best case scenario he would of wanted out of tonight is staring right back into his mesmerized eyes.]

It's only my duty to ensure that no harm comes to you, [he says, speaking softly, letting his voice lower in tone to match her own seductive tone.]

[He could let her play with his hair all night if she wanted, eyes lidding heavily at the soothing feel of her hand tangling with his locks. This was the perfect spot- somewhere relatively secluded and yet, wouldn't allow them to follow their deepest desires.]

[ After seeing his reaction on the dance floor, Yoimiya halfway expected him to pull his face far away from her. An act that would oblige, she might have her own ulterior motives for wanting to cozy up with Ajax but she still has her own principles, she'd move away in a heartbeat if he was uncomfortable.

So it's unexpected to see him so taken by her hand in his hair, he harbors the face of a man who is at peace and right where he wants to be. Likewise, Yoimiya finds herself mesmerized by his visage, those lashes that flutter against his ocean-blue eyes have the power to melt her heart. Given that he hasn't pushed her away, she figures there shouldn't be any issues in closing that terrible gap to allow the both of them to drown in their inhibitions. ]

[ It's clear that he's given her the green light to continue, and who is she to deny him? Since he seems to enjoy the attention to his hair, she keeps her hand there while the other comes up to the side of his face, resting her palm against the curve of his jaw. Without another word, Yoimiya leans forward to finally, dip her head down to press a slow, lingering kiss the two of them have been so desperate for. ]

[Ajax's eyes flutter shut as she slots her lips with his, enjoying the feel of her hands in his hair and on his face as his own hand slips up from around her middle to tangle into the locks on the back of her head. He's kissed plenty of girls, but there's something mystical about the way Yoimiya kisses him. He kisses back, languid in his strokes, delighting in the refreshing taste her lips leave on his. It sends a shiver down his spine and makes his mind go a little sideways.

Had it lasted any longer, he swears he'd easily get intoxicated by her kiss alone, and his eyes open slowly once she pulls away. Ajax sighs in content, lips tingling from the sweet kiss, happy that he'd gotten the chance to kiss such a fun, alluring woman.]

I could get used to that.

[Who wouldn't want to. Yoimiya is a great gal, it would be stupid to pass her up and let her go.]

[ For all her earlier confidence, Yoimiya was still worried he might not be comfortable kissing someone within an hour of meeting them but any second thoughts she might have had vanished the moment she felt his lips connect with hers. It's their first time but she's so utterly taken by his taste, each and every languid stroke sets her to her skin, he might be a virgin but he's an absolute pro at kissing. She feels like she's being sent to the heavenly peak as they share this kiss underneath the moonlight.

It was so magical that the thought of cranking up the heat didn't even cross her mind. And when he breaks, he's left her breathless. Her smile is laced with satisfaction as she brings both of her hands to cup his face, her thumbs skimming across his cheeks.

It doesn't detract from how pretty she is. He feels like he could stare at her all night, get lost in her eyes, do whatever she wants.]

I'd love to see you more. Honestly, I thought even before we left the club that you'd be done with me and was just humoring me from that point onward.

[The fact that Yoimiya is the one that seems a little interested in seeing him more is a plus. It's unexpected, but appreciated and welcome.]

[ Hmm... it's hard to get a read on this guy. She can't tell if he's the most confident man in the world or if he's masking some deep-seeded insecurities. Somehow, she gets the feeling he's been through his fair share of dating woes.

But she's confident in playing sweet innocent guys like him. All she has to do is act understanding and say what he wants to hear. ]

In all the time he's gone on dates or started to get to know a woman, he hasn't let himself get vulnerable like that so early on- if at all- knowing that a lot of people in this world don't have his best interests in mind. And a lot of times he's right, for some reason he just attracts women that want to use him for one reason or another. But she seemed so genuine in her response, his heart couldn't help but resonate with it.]
