Logically, giving such a wild device to a drunk Tartaglia would be a cause for concern... but that thought never crosses her mind, or it's more like she's too drunk to care. She returns his wicked grin with a mischievous smirk of her own, having no qualms about placing the launch tube in his hands. ]

So, this one is a bit more involved than my other launch tubes. There's already a Narwhal pattern firework inside it but if you look at the tube itself, you can mess around with the size, height, and how much it spreads.
