[With Yoimiya in his arms, time seems to slow to a crawl, a sensation that's not unwelcome to him in the heat of the moment. He's had enough of this expedition now, and she's really hitting the nail on the head here with how she describes their fight with that abyss monster. Trial by fire wasn't on his list, but it ended well and learned some things about themselves in the meantime.

Ajax's eyes make one more sweep over Yoimiya's body at the mention that they're still naked, and he laughs sheepishly when he realizes that neither of them have made any sort of effort to make themselves decent. Not that he minds, as he's had a perfect view of her for several minutes now.]
