[At first, he's not surprised to hear her confirmation that she does hear a voice in her head, probably saying the same things to her as they do to him. Coaxing her on, telling her she wants to have a baby, that she's devoted to him as his queen. But it's the silence after that that starts to make him worry, and the serious face she gives him when she locks eyes with him and tells him that the voice...is hers.
