[ She hears Ajax stop mid-sentence to collect himself. The poor guy has witnessed even worse horrors than she has. Absentmindedly, her hand reaches over to hold onto his, her fingers grasp around his as she gently brushes her thumb over his knuckle in hopes of providing him any semblance of comfort. Just like what he did for her in the waiting room. He did so much to ease her fears while they were waiting outside and she wishes to do the same, not at all caring how the two of them holding hands might look in front of the police officer.

For a good few seconds, Yoimiya doesn't say anything, needing a quick breather to gather her thoughts together. She still has night terrors over watching her coworker getting skewered by the blades. A fate that nearly befell her had Ajax not stepped in to save her. She recalls the tendrils gripping around her neck, squeezing the life out of her with it's deadly blade drawn. It's almost hard to believe she escaped death that night. ]

It's... hard to pinpoint exactly what happened. The creature... impaled that man while using the body of the other officer.
