[Ajax lets a small sigh out of his noise, a content sound as she apologizes and grabs a hold of him when he feels himself wobble a bit. She's a nice girl, and it's really too bad she's gotten caught up with all of this, and with him- it's the last place she needs to be. His mind momentarily floats back to his employers, imagining the consequences of what might happen if they found out about Yoimiya and subsequently himself. He knows that normally, he wouldn't go so far out of his way for someone else like this, and that's what nags him at the back of his head. Sure, he's got to do this to save his own skin too.

But the concern is more on her, and this isn't really like him, not for a situation like this. Maybe, she's just that charming, and maybe he's still learning and growing as a person.

Either way, he pushes that thought out of his mind, laughing at her little follow up joke. Yeah, she is kind of charming now that he's got a moment of respite to allow himself to think about anything else other than their objective and what happens if they fail, or if the monster is still out there looking for them.]

[Talking helps, at least he thinks it's helping him. His head gets more and more lightheaded, but he puts his focus on her now instead. It's easy to stare at her, even under the dim light. She's awfully pretty, so maybe he'll just focus on that for now.]
