Thankfully, enough time has passed for his body to heal, and he forgoes getting his car to drive downtown by using his vision to move. Ajax knows he must look like a madman, hydroplaning down streets as fast as he can as people gawk at the rare person who'd been gifted a vision. He doesn't see her anywhere as he travels, wondering how she'd moved so quickly. Or maybe he'd passed her and not known it.
But he finally arrives, and it's exactly what he suspected. Police crawling everywhere, police tape up so he can't get near it.
